All matters treating the duties, responsibilities and liabilities of my appraisals are in accord with the Principles of Practice, and the Code of Ethics of the Appraisers Association of America, Inc.   All of my appraisals are consistent with the substance and principles of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), as developed by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation.
