The IRS dictates the requirements for a Qualified Appraisal as well as a Qualified Appraiser. All matters treating the duties, responsibilities and liabilities of my appraisals are in accord with the Principals of Practice, and the Code of Ethics of the Appraisers Association of America.

All of my appraisals are in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) as developed by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation.
